Mr. Lavi is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in R&D of medical devices, specializing in drug delivery technologies (Elan Medical Technologies, NanoPass, Cytomedix), laparascopic & Arthroscopic surgical tools (NovoLap, MinInvasive, EZ orthopedics), NOTES (ObesiTx / Blue surgical) and medical cosmetics (Capula medical).

 

Mr. Lavie's background enables him to lead a project from the early prototype up to commercial design. His experience cover a range of activities starting from early research, proof of concept and feasibility assessment, providing IP support, technological evaluation, mockup and prototype design, manufacturing support, design for manufacturing.
